Is this my final price?
The rates are per-clean starting estimates before applicable tax. Bathrooms, size, condition, laundry and extras affect the final quote. We confirm a fixed scope and price before you accept.
Can you handle a same-day turnover?
Same-day turnovers depend on confirmed capacity and access. We are open 24/7. Share your service date and actual checkout and check-in times so we can check availability.
When does the $50 short-notice fee apply?
Requests made less than 24 hours before service start add $50. A checkout and check-in on the same day does not trigger the fee by itself. Exactly 24 hours is not short notice.
Do you handle linens and laundry?
We discuss washing, linen changes, spare sheets and towels as part of your quote. We confirm the included scope and any extras before you book. Linen replacement and unlimited laundry are not included.
What photo proof will I receive?
Every clean includes photo proof, GPS-timestamped arrival and departure, and same-day damage reports. We agree on the shot list and how you will receive the photos before the visit.
Do you serve my city?
We serve Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Thornton, Westminster, Commerce City, Northglenn, Englewood and Littleton. We confirm your route and availability before accepting a visit.
How do payments work?
Our team will confirm the payment method and timing in writing with your quote before you book. Please do not include card or bank details in this form.

No. We first review your service, space and timing, then confirm scope, price and availability. The team will confirm the approved service agreement before asking you to sign or commit.
